The day your baby is discharged from the hospital he/she will start a routine that will focus on your baby sleeping through the night. The night time, and day time routine should coincide so that your child will have a regular routine throughout the day. It's important that your child doesn't sleep all day. If this should happen it will make it diffcult for him/her to sleep at night.
